To support growth, we seek a proactive Assistant Product Manager to drive market development, brand presence, and sales support through marketing strategy, digital communication, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage branding activities: OVCs, documentaries, promos, and packaging.

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Organize product launches and demonstrations for customers and dealers.

Analyze sales targets based on market trends and competitor activity.

Conduct field visits to motivate customers, suppliers, and field teams and gather insights.

Conduct customer surveys to evaluate demand and satisfaction.

Monitor dealer performance to ensure standards and growth targets.

Coordinate nursing and sales operations for smooth business flow.

Collaborate with MIS to integrate software for better process efficiency.

Prepare strategic documents like Business Plan, Marketing Plan, SOPs, and review presentations.
