Additional Requirements
- Practical experience in poultry industry store management will be considered an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, storage procedures, and basic safety practices.
- Familiarity with documentation, record keeping, and inventory control processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software.
- Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context

Receive, inspect, measure, and verify construction materials against purchase orders and delivery challans, reporting any discrepancies.

Prepare and process SR/PR and coordinate timely material procurement.

Ensure proper storage, preservation, identification, and inventory management of materials.

Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain accurate ERP records.

Maintain proper store registers, documents, and supporting records.

Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, Engineering, and Project teams for smooth store operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, workplace safety, and 5S standards.

Process supplier bills, coordinate payment-related activities, and maintain petty cash records.

Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the Project or Functional Manager.
