✔ Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and overall economic conditions.

✔ Develop sound product knowledge and recommend the right property or real estate solution to suitable prospects based on their needs and requirements.

✔ Demonstrate a positive mindset, strong sales attitude, customer-focused approach, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

✔ Meet with prospective clients, present property details and offerings, address their queries, and effectively convert prospects into successful sales.
