Responsibilities & Context

Identify prospective customers and generate new sales leads through various channels.
Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Achieve monthly sales targets while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Respond to customer inquiries, questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Gather and analyze sales data and prepare accurate sales reports.
Manage and track the sales process using designated software and tools.
Maintain an updated CRM database and develop professional business networks.
Explore potential markets, identify prospective clients, and discover new sales opportunities.
Monitor competitors’ activities and develop strategies to remain competitive in the market.
Prepare and deliver periodic sales reports and presentations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management relevant to the position.
