Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Customer Relation & Sales)

We are seeking qualified, sincere, and hardworking professionals to join our fast-paced, reputed real estate company as Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager within the Customer Relations & Sales department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct prospect visits, identify new market opportunities, and actively acquire new customers.

• Consistently achieve quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients and potential leads to drive retention and conversion.

• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to stay competitive.

• Map potential markets and pinpoint new avenues for sales growth.

• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through proactive and clear communication.

• Manage client databases and ensure accurate alignment with the internal ERP system.

• Collaborate across departments to drive synergy, boost team morale, and foster strong team spirit.

• Demonstrate potential to lead and guide team members effectively.

 

• Execute any additional role-related tasks assigned by management.
