Department Overview

The Business Excellence Department of NAAFCO Pharma PLC plays a vital role in improving organizational efficiency, driving process optimization, and ensuring performance excellence across all business functions. It focuses on enhancing productivity, standardization, and strategic alignment within the organization.


Key Responsibilities (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Business Excellence)

  • Develop and implement business excellence frameworks, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and compliance assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain to improve business performance.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Support strategic planning and execution of organizational goals.
  • Ensure proper documentation and standardization of all business processes.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions on process improvement and quality standards.
