Experience


  • 5 Year

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare pharmacy supply chain operations, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of GMP, SOPs, FEFO/FIFO principles, and pharmacy ERP systems.
  • Experience in IT software, MS Office applications, and digital reporting systems.

Responsibilities & Context

  • 1-year contractual position (extendable based on performance and organizational requirements)

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure end-to-end performance of all MSB pharmacy operations by translating organizational strategies into standardized operational plans, measurable targets, and consistent service quality across all locations.
  • Maintain uninterrupted availability of essential medicines through effective forecasting, procurement planning, stock optimization, batch monitoring, expiry tracking, and system-based inventory management.
  • Oversee revenue, financial performance, and overall business operations management.
  • Lead people management activities, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain quality governance standards across pharmacy operations.
