We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee multiple construction projects within the assigned sub-zone, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective execution in line with approved plans and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction projects within the assigned sub-zone.

• Ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, drawings, schedules, and budgets.

• Monitor overall progress and ensure timely completion of works.

• Support site teams in resolving execution and coordination issues.

• Assist in preparation and review of project execution plans and schedules.

• Coordinate between site engineers, contractors, consultants, and zonal office.

• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and equipment at project sites.

• Facilitate inter-departmental coordination including planning, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE.

• Ensure implementation of safety and environmental policies at all sites.

• Monitor site safety practices and compliance with statutory regulations.

• Support safety audits, inspections, and corrective action implementation.

• Promote a safe work culture across the sub-zone.

• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and support staff in the sub-zone.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to site teams.

• Evaluate team performance and recommend training or corrective measures.

• Promote discipline, productivity, and teamwork.

• Prepare and submit periodic progress, quality, cost, and safety reports.

• Maintain records of project status, issues, and risk mitigation actions.

• Update zonal management on achievements, delays, and challenges.

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in sub-zonal projects.

• Support implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.

• Assist zonal management in audits, reviews, and strategic initiatives.
