Responsibilities & Context

Oversee daily store and warehouse operations.
-
Manage the prompt receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, packaging, spare parts, and finished goods.

Keep precise inventory records up to date within the ERP or management software.

Track stock levels to guarantee optimal product and material availability.

Conduct regular physical stock audits and verifications.
-
Investigate stock discrepancies and execute necessary corrective measures.
-
Distribute materials to production promptly based on authorized requisitions.

Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO methods where appropriate.

Identify and track slow-moving, inactive, or obsolete stock.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory status reports.

Complete any additional duties assigned by management.
