Age: 35–45 years
Applicants must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the Store & Procurement department, preferably within the hotel and restaurant sector.
Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a problem-solving approach.
Sound knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and vendor management.
Proficiency in ERP and procurement software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be well-organized, honest, sincere, and a non-smoker.
Maintain accurate records of all material receipts and issues, including packaging material requisitions, inventory counts, and quality checks in line with established procedures.
Receive and issue materials in accordance with approved challans.
Verify inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain proper documentation for all items received, issued, or transferred between locations.
Ensure all store-related receivable and issue documents are properly maintained.
Apply FIFO and LIFO methods effectively for inventory control.
Accurately and securely record the timing of all material and product receipts.
Supervise, guide, and support store personnel to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure materials are stored safely, correctly, and space is utilized efficiently.
Monitor the overall condition of the store area daily, ensuring stock safety levels and storage conditions are maintained.
Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company guidelines.
Ensure proper material identification, traceability, and compliance with standard storage principles.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to the relevant departments.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
