Forecast sales and support business planning using historical data, market trends, and projected performance.

Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and key factors affecting sales and profitability.

Analyze stock availability, inventory turnover, sell-through rates, and aging to support inventory planning.

Monitor franchise-wise target achievement, outlet productivity, and key business performance indicators.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the National Sales Head and Operations Manager to improve sales, productivity, and profitability.

Support annual budgeting, business planning, and strategic initiatives through data analysis and performance projections.

Maintain accurate and consistent data, improve reporting processes, and develop automated MIS and dashboards for timely decision-making.
