Pridesys IT Ltd. seeks a smart, motivated, and passionate professional eager to grow a career in sales as Assistant Manager, Sales – ERP, contributing to revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, and strategic account management.
Ability to sell business outcomes—such as control, compliance, visibility, and cost reduction—rather than just software features.
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, asking the right questions and mapping client pain points to ERP modules.
Solid understanding of core ERP areas, including Finance, HR/Payroll, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Production/Manufacturing, and Fixed Assets.
Proven capability to build trust and manage multiple decision-makers and influencers.
Experience handling long sales cycles with patience, structured follow-ups, and persistence.
Excellent presentation skills for solution positioning and articulating value propositions.
Strong proposal development skills, effectively communicating problem → solution → value → timeline → commercial terms.
Prior experience selling ERP solutions in Manufacturing, RMG, Distribution, or FMCG sectors.
Generate new business leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn and email outreach, referrals, events, and partner channels.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline within assigned industries, territories, or accounts.
Collaborate with the Presales team to arrange product demos, assess solution fit, and confirm project scope.
Gather client requirements and assist in preparing solution documentation, including scope, modules, users, integrations, and timelines.
Ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs and are feasible for implementation.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in accordance with pricing policies.
Drive deal closure by defining clear next steps, following up regularly, and managing decision timelines.
Maintain accurate CRM records daily, updating opportunity stages, values, probabilities, next actions, and expected close dates.
Provide weekly sales forecasts and actively participate in pipeline review meetings.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and gather customer feedback from the field.
Share insights with product and management teams regarding local compliance requirements, reporting gaps, and integration demands.
