- Should have skill in Production process of Chanachur production, Machinery & Equipment knowledge, Quality Control , Trouble shooting & Production Compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
- High level of professional integrity.
Responsibilities & Context
- Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate daily production schedules to meet targets efficiently.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and improve production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Resource Allocation: Manage raw materials, equipment and manpower to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with food regulations.
- Inspection and Testing: Oversee product sampling and testing and resolve quality issues.
- Staff Management: Lead, train and motivate production staff to ensure high performance.
- Shift Management: Allocate tasks and monitor staff during shifts to maintain productivity.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and food hygiene regulations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze production metrics to provide reports to senior management.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Process Development: Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices to improve efficiency.
- Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.
