The Assistant Manager – Operations & Sales plays a vital role in managing the daily operations of Shayan Resort while driving sales and marketing initiatives. This position focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and effective client relationship management.
✔ Supervise and manage day-to-day resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
✔ Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, safety, and overall cleanliness across all areas of the resort.
✔ Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
✔ Monitor inventory levels and operational supplies, coordinating with vendors to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential resources.
✔ Plan staff schedules and support team training, performance management, and skill development to improve service quality.
✔ Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings, especially during weekends, holidays, and off-peak seasons.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online travel platforms (OTAs) to boost occupancy rates.
✔ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
