Assistant Manager - Network

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching.
• Experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, VXLAN.
• Cisco & Juniper Routers and Switches.
• Experience with Cisco NCS Routers will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Network Security and Monitoring Tools.
• Knowledge of ISP network operations and traffic management.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day network operations and ensure high availability.
• Plan, implement and maintain ISP core, distribution and access network.
• Manage routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, VPN, VXLAN and other network services.
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization and traffic management.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Coordinate with upstream providers, peering partners and other stakeholders.
• Ensure network security, backup and disaster recovery readiness.
• Prepare reports, documentation and design network solutions.
• Lead and guide the network operations team and ensure best practices.
