Job Context:
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated individual for the role of Assistant Manager (MIS & Data Analyst). The ideal candidate should be target-driven and passionate about building a career in the MIS domain.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze sales data and generate actionable reports to support marketing initiatives and improve sales performance.
✔ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using advanced Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), along with Tally and ERP systems.
✔ Develop MIS reports covering distributor performance, sales achievements, and stock status.
✔ Calculate and manage distributor commissions, campaign incentives, and ensure proper implementation of sales policies.
✔ Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to recommend improvements in sales and marketing strategies.
✔ Monitor both primary and secondary sales data and assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.
✔ Generate regular performance reports of field teams and distributors to track progress against sales targets.
✔ Coordinate with Internal Audit, Sales, and Marketing teams regarding sales-related reviews and compliance matters.
✔ Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.
