Assistant Manager (Marketing & Merchandising)

Manage merchandising operations from product development through final shipment.

Maintain professional communication with international buyers, buying offices, and brands.

Explore new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing buyers.

Follow up on buyer inquiries, product development, costing, sampling, and order confirmation.

Prepare and negotiate product costs, price quotations, and commercial terms.

Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely development and production.

Monitor fabric, trims, samples, approvals, and production progress.

Maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure timely order completion and shipment.

Understand and fulfill buyer requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Identify suitable factories and suppliers based on product needs and buyer expectations.

Conduct factory visits when necessary to monitor development and production activities.

Prepare product presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for buyers.

Attend local and international trade fairs and buyer meetings when required.

Coordinate with relevant teams regarding shipment, documentation, and payment follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of buyer communications, orders, product development, and follow-up activities.

Support Management in expanding into new markets, acquiring buyers, and developing product categories.
