Assistant Manager-Market Quality (Rancon Motorbikes Limited-Suzuki)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Quality Executive to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction by monitoring field performance, analyzing market issues, and driving continuous quality improvements through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Monitor service quality across dealer and service networks through regular market visits and audits.

✔ Conduct dealer and service center audits to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

✔ Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

✔ Prepare failure analysis reports and track recurring quality issues to improve product reliability.

✔ Coordinate technical training programs and on-the-job skill development for service technicians.

✔ Support the standardization and continuous improvement of service processes across the service network.

✔ Prepare monthly quality reports, KPI dashboards, and service performance analyses for management.

✔ Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments to resolve technical issues and improve service quality.

✔ Support new product launches by monitoring field performance, collecting customer feedback, and identifying improvement opportunities.

✔ Maintain accurate service records, audit reports, and quality documentation.

✔ Perform any other quality assurance or service-related responsibilities assigned by management.
