Oversee the day-to-day operations of poultry, fisheries, and dairy farms.
Ensure proper feeding, breeding, vaccination, and hygiene management across all farm units.
Monitor production performance and implement effective improvement strategies.
Maintain biosecurity standards and disease prevention/control measures.
Coordinate with farm staff, veterinarians, and technical support teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on production, mortality, feed consumption, and farm activities.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources and maintain cost-effective farm operations.
Provide guidance, supervision, and training to field-level employees and farm workers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
