  • Candidates with relevant experience in industries such as light or heavy engineering manufacturing, trading, import/export, direct sales or marketing service companies, diversified business groups, mobile accessories, and packaged food or beverage sectors will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and oversee warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
  • Prepare delivery route plans and determine vehicle requirements in coordination with the Manager.
  • Supervise receiving, storage, distribution, and warehouse maintenance activities.
  • Develop an effective warehouse layout and ensure optimal utilization of available space.
  • Maintain proper standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and reconcile physical stock with the data management system.
  • Coordinate transportation operations and oversee regular vehicle maintenance activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and transportation service providers.
  • Prepare work schedules, allocate tasks among team members, and evaluate their performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational reports and statistics, including IN/OUT status and dead stock reports.
