Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and manage institutional sales within the assigned territory to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities to expand the company's institutional customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, government entities, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining regular customer engagement.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining healthy business relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather customer feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and business performance updates for management.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business development activities.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management to support departmental and organizational objectives.
