Achieve crop targets and meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.

Manage new plantation extensions, uprooting, and replanting cycles.

Implement integrated pest, disease, and nutrient management programs.

Oversee soil conservation, composting, and irrigation schedules.

Manage tea nurseries and optimize labor utilization for daily work realization.
