Assistant Manager, Factory HR & Welfare (Mongla)

Forecast and plan plant manpower requirements according to headcount budgets.

Enforce company policies, handle employee relations, and maintain smooth industrial relations.

Serve as Plant Safety Coordinator, managing health programs, hazard reporting, and safe working conditions.

Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training schedules, performance appraisals, and separations.

Manage third-party contractor relationships, negotiations, and personnel issues.

Maintain accurate HR data records, payroll information, and turnover analytics.

Ensure IMS compliance (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) via rigorous documentation, risk assessments, and audits.

Resolve plant audit findings and guide disciplinary actions alongside the legal team.

Direct employee engagement initiatives and manage HR operational setups for new projects.

Execute strategic, compliant duties assigned by management to support business priorities.
