Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing & SEO

4–5 years of professional experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong practical expertise in Technical SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.

Hands-on experience managing CMS platforms and website backend/admin panels.

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website code structure.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Practical experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets for SEO analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.

Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.

Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns, focusing on audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance improvement.

Maintain and update the website CMS, backend/admin panel, and SEO-related website elements.

Identify and resolve basic website structure issues and technical SEO problems.

Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio to ensure accurate tracking, analytics, and performance monitoring.

Configure and monitor conversion tracking, events, and UTM parameters to measure campaign effectiveness.

Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports and dashboards, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits, and digital performance evaluations.

Collaborate with developers, content creators, and creative teams to implement website enhancements and improve digital marketing performance.
