Assistant Manager - Application Development

• Flutter & Dart Architecture: Strong command of Dart, Flutter rendering mechanisms, and modern architectural approaches, including Clean Architecture, BLoC, and Riverpod.

• Mobile Application Security: Extensive knowledge of OWASP Mobile Top 10, SSL/TLS certificate pinning, JWT/OAuth 2.0-based session management, and secure storage using Apple Keychain and Android Keystore.

• Anti-Tampering & RASP: Practical expertise in code obfuscation using R8, ProGuard, and Dart obfuscation, along with root/jailbreak detection and anti-reverse engineering techniques.

• Native Platform Integration: Proficiency in developing native Android components using Kotlin/Java and iOS components using Swift to integrate hardware features and operating system security APIs.

• Location & Mapping Services: Demonstrated experience integrating Google Maps Platform services, including Maps SDK, Geocoding, Places API, and background location tracking.

• Data Persistence & Networking: Comprehensive understanding of local database technologies such as SQLite, Hive, and Isar, alongside high-performance RESTful APIs and event-driven communication.

• Testing & Release Automation: Expertise in automated unit, widget, and integration testing, as well as mobile CI/CD pipeline configuration using Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Codemagic, or Bitrise.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in mobile application development, including at least 2 years of dedicated experience developing production-ready applications with Flutter.

• Demonstrated success in launching and maintaining secure, transaction-oriented, or financial-grade mobile applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.

• Apply robust architectural principles, including Clean Architecture and BLoC, to ensure modular business logic and maintainable code.

• Implement mobile security best practices based on the OWASP Mobile Top 10, including SSL/TLS certificate pinning, secure data storage, and encryption.

• Strengthen application security through anti-tampering measures, Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP), code obfuscation, and root/jailbreak detection.

• Integrate mobile applications with backend microservices, RESTful APIs, and Google Maps Platform services, including Maps SDK, Places API, and geolocation tracking.

• Develop native Kotlin and Swift components using Flutter Platform Channels to access operating system features and security hardware.

• Monitor and optimize application performance to maintain smooth 60/120 FPS rendering while minimizing memory leaks, UI lag, and battery consumption.

• Automate mobile application testing, continuous integration, and deployment (CI/CD) for publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
