Age: 35–45 years
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience, preferably in the Hotel & Restaurant sector, with exposure to the Accounts Department.
Strong knowledge of VAT, taxation, and accounting regulations.
Proficient in accounting software such as AIS, ERP, and Tally.
Must be well‑organized, honest, sincere, and a non‑smoker.
Establish and maintain financial reporting systems and accounting procedures.
Prepare and process journals, ledgers, trial balances, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Verify branch vouchers and conduct annual inventory verification.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost and credit control, margin analysis, costing, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
Record and post all financial transactions accurately using ERP/AIS software.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare, organize, and maintain all financial records, correspondence, and reports with strict confidentiality.
Prepare monthly and annual budget forecasts.
Produce monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly, and annual financial reports, including financial statements.
Review and verify utility bills, house rent, and supplier invoices.
Conduct vendor verification for various purchases and coordinate closely with the procurement department.
Carry out quarterly branch audits as per management requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
