Analyze raw materials, packaging materials, and finished/semi-finished products according to approved specifications and procedures.
Prepare, standardize, and maintain analytical reagents, solutions, and volumetric preparations as per compendia and SOPs.
Operate quality control laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and handling.
Conduct laboratory testing and accurately document analytical results, observations, and findings.
Maintain proper documentation, data compilation, and record keeping in compliance with GMP/GLP requirements.
Participate in method validation, process validation, and other quality assurance activities as required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the laboratory.
Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) at every stage of laboratory operations.
Assist in troubleshooting laboratory issues and reporting deviations or out-of-specification results.
Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of laboratory equipment, chemicals, and work areas.
Perform any additional task assigned by management related to quality control operations.
