  • Work experience in the Satellite Cable TV/Advertise firm/ Insurance Company sector will be an added advantage.
  • Good command in both English and Bangla.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Should be acquainted with Bashundhara Residential Area.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Bumbellbee Limited is a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group under Sector - B, is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of "Assistant Executive - Sales”.
  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and sales deals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Explore new scope of sales and arrange promotional activities.
  • Manage social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, digital marketing campaigns and YouTube marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Initiate innovative marketing strategic plans to increase business turnover and discuss with the top management for implementation of those strategies.
  • Visit the field and survey the customer.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.
