Assistant Engineer/Engineer (POP In-Charge)

Plan, deploy, and maintain radio and fiber-optic networks, including wireless links, cabling, and related equipment.

Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues to maintain network performance and minimize downtime.

Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for new network installations.

Configure and optimize network equipment, including MikroTik routers.

Coordinate with technical teams on network upgrades, expansion, and system integration.

Perform routine inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, and fault analysis.

Ensure network operations comply with applicable safety standards and regulations.

Maintain accurate records of network configurations, modifications, and performance.
