Assistant Engineer-Maintenance

Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Inspect and maintain core machinery, including Injection, Roto, and Blow Molding machines, crushers, cargo lifts, and overhead cranes.

Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement root-cause-based corrective actions.

Supervise the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and optimized task execution.

Routinely inspect all machinery, plant utilities, and electrical systems.

Uphold strict compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices.

Maintain comprehensive maintenance records, including daily logbooks and breakdown histories.

Proactively minimize defects, leakages, and equipment failures to reduce downtime.

Manage spare parts requisitions to guarantee uninterrupted production operations.
