The bank is seeking dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented professionals for its Engineering & Maintenance Team for the role of Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Automobile/Mechanical) under the General Services Division (JO to SEO level).
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise construction, renovation, and maintenance activities.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed project reports.
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and environmental compliance across all project sites.
Coordinate with project management and design teams to ensure smooth and timely execution with clear technical understanding.
Conduct site meetings, manage workforce planning, and coordinate with vendors.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure proper documentation.
Require at least 2 years of experience in infrastructure development, with strong preference for candidates experienced in building projects.
Manage and oversee electrical systems including generators, substations, lifts, HVAC, CCTV, PABX, PAC, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
Supervise electrical teams in installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities.
Perform installation, testing, calibration, and performance verification of new equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment failures.
Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates.
Oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet management operations.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
Ensure regular servicing, fuel efficiency monitoring, and fitness inspections.
Maintain proper documentation and servicing records.
Handle logistics and ensure regulatory compliance for all bank vehicles.
Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems such as HVAC, pumps, fire protection systems, and generators.
Ensure both preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution of maintenance work.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize operational downtime.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical records.
