- Strong knowledge of keyword research tools, ranking algorithms, and conversion optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience with store listing experiments, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Familiarity with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or similar platforms
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies
- Good understanding of the mobile app marketing funnel and user behavior
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an experienced ASO Specialist & Growth Manager to lead and manage app store visibility, organic user acquisition, and conversion optimization. This role requires a strong growth-oriented mindset, focusing on data-driven strategies and continuous experimentation to improve rankings, conversions, and installs across both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies for both Google Play and the App Store
- Enhance organic installs, keyword rankings, and store conversion rates through ongoing optimization efforts
- Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and ranking monitoring
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, and metadata based on performance insights and search trends
- Plan and refine store creatives with a focus on improving conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments on store listings, messaging, and positioning
- Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights on organic growth, user behavior, and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with Ads and Influencer Marketing teams to strengthen overall user acquisition strategies
- Identify and execute new organic growth opportunities beyond traditional ASO practices
