Drive Aqua Feed sales operations through effective dealer management, market analysis, and customer relationship development.
Achieve assigned Aqua Feed sales targets and regularly monitor dealer performance and business status.
Submit daily sales reports, market updates, and sales forecasts to the respective supervisor or sales coordinator.
Develop new dealers and support the improvement of existing dealer profiles and business performance.
Identify potential gap markets and new business opportunities, and report findings to management.
Identify and maintain updated information on farmers, dealers, and market stakeholders while ensuring effective after-sales service support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and farmers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Collect and communicate customer feedback, including feed performance and market demand, to the supervisor for business improvement.
Provide regular market intelligence and feedback regarding present and future market conditions, competitor activities, and customer trends.
Prepare and submit monthly feed performance reports to Head Office (HO).
Organize and participate in marketing activities such as seminars, farmer meetings, retailer engagement programs, and multimedia promotional events.
Conduct farm trials, maintain proper documentation, and submit regular performance reports to the supervisor.
Coordinate with logistics and depot personnel to ensure smooth product dispatch and supply chain operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
