• Stock and Cash Verification:
• Ensure proper stock and cash verification during plaza handover and takeover. Collect and document all financial and non-financial dues from the outgoing in-charge and update the system accordingly. Identify any discrepancies, determine the responsible party, and report to the Reporting Senior with complete documentation, following company policy for resolution.
• Cash Deposit Compliance:
• Ensure timely and accurate deposit of all collected cash. In case of any delay, complete the deposit process as soon as possible. If unable to do so, inform Plaza Administration, Accounts, and other relevant parties immediately. All such communications must be properly documented.
• Plaza Cleanliness & Hygiene:
• Maintain cleanliness within the plaza and surrounding areas. If any part is found to be unclean, coordinate with the plaza staff to ensure prompt cleaning.
• Product Tagging & Display Compliance:
• Ensure all displayed products have correct and visible price tags. In case any item is found without a price tag, promptly affix one and include the issue in plaza inspection reports.
• Dress Code Monitoring:
• Ensure that all plaza staff adhere to the company's dress code. Monitor compliance during working hours and report any deviations or challenges encountered.
• Transaction Oversight:
• Stay vigilant regarding cash sales, wholesale transactions, and consignment operations. Report any irregularities to the Plaza Manager for immediate corrective action.
• Documentation & Customer Communication:
• Ensure all sales-related documents are accurately collected and appropriately provided to customers as required.
• General Compliance:
• Remain prepared to carry out any additional duties or responsibilities as directed by company management or line managers in relation to daily operations.
