Must have a positive mindset to work in any challenging environment.
Must have at least 2 years of practical experience in fish feed, cattle feed, and poultry feed.

Acquire new customers and open new territories within assigned regions.
Promote aquatic feed and consistently achieve sales targets as planned.
Manage and develop dealers within the respective areas.
Provide technical services to customers regarding product use.
Take initiatives and conduct training on farm management practices.
Analyze current market trends and generate new market sales.
Frequently visit various farms to promote sales and generate demand.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
