Responsibilities & Context

Identify new markets and dealers, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Lead and supervise sales representatives to meet organizational objectives.

Work with the sales team to achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Appoint new dealers and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Manage territory sales by conducting regular market visits and developing area-wise distributor networks.

Monitor collections closely and reduce the risk of dealer defaults.

Track, document, and report daily sales activities.

Oversee secondary sales and provide daily and monthly reports to senior management.

Strengthen relationships between sales representatives and shopkeepers to support merchandising initiatives.

Support the Senior Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.

Gather and report competitor activities, pricing, and market strategies to management.
