Age: Maximum 50 years.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market; candidates with experience in the Animal Health Division will be given strong preference.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Achieve assigned sales targets by forecasting demand and developing monthly and annual, area-wise sales plans for existing and new products through effective leadership and execution.
Execute market visits according to the approved tour plan and ensure timely submission and verification of all FM and VMR reports.
Conduct regular field visits (doctors, traders, farms, pet clinics, and related stakeholders) to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
Ensure proper utilization of samples, promotional materials, and doctor donations to achieve daily prescription targets.
Support and guide survey teams to meet prescription quantity, value, and market share objectives.
Organize monthly team meetings, ensure full participation, provide sales feedback, review product performance, and conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Train, motivate, and lead the sales team to achieve sales and promotional goals.
Ensure timely collection of current month sales on a weekly basis and recover outstanding dues in line with company policy.
Submit updated market dues lists to management within the stipulated timeline.
Monitor field force performance through regular reporting and diary reviews; evaluate daily targets versus achievements and collections, and report findings to management.
Oversee promotional activities and attend a minimum of five seminars per month.
Build and strengthen brand value among doctors, farmers, traders, and related customers.
Identify vacant territories and coordinate recruitment of new VMRs, ensuring no territory remains vacant for more than one month.
Continuously monitor team performance, reallocate resources as needed, and provide solutions to operational challenges faced by field staff.
Develop market-relevant skills, stay updated on industry trends, and train team members accordingly.
Perform any other duties assigned by management or supervisors.
