Reporting Line: Head of Sales & Marketing

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, executing impactful sales and marketing strategies, and delivering sustained business growth. The role requires effective use of organizational resources and a strong focus on achieving superior sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and lead the regional sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

  • Oversee daily sales operations, provide clear direction, and make strategic decisions to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

  • Conduct continuous market analysis to identify new opportunities, customer demands, and growth areas.

  • Identify and develop new clients, with a particular focus on the glass industry.

  • Design and implement business development strategies to broaden market presence.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service, effective communication, and timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain regular engagement with key accounts to support sustainable partnerships.

  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and market reach.

  • Closely monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

  • Prepare professional presentations, sales proposals, and product offerings for corporate clients.

  • Participate in tenders, negotiations, and business discussions with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Support management in brand development and marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor actions, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional activities.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on pricing, positioning, and market approach.

  • Identify market opportunities and gaps to support the development of effective marketing strategies.

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in the glass industry, including products, customer segments, dealer networks, and pricing structures.

  • Apply industry knowledge to introduce innovative approaches and increase market share.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve overall effectiveness and performance.

  • Submit regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) covering sales performance, market intelligence, and upcoming opportunities.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines.

  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.


Compensation & Other Benefits
  • Salary Review: Half Yearly
  • Lunch Facilities: Partially subsidize
  • Festival Bonus: 1

Other Benefits


The compensation package includes travel and daily allowances, mobile bill reimbursement, medical benefits, provident fund, group insurance, and other applicable benefits.

Salary Review: Conducted on an annual basis.

Festival Bonus: Provided three times per year.
