Collaborate with Sales Officers to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve area-wise sales targets.
Monitor prescriptions and product recommendations generated by field officers and ensure proper follow-up activities.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve or exceed company sales objectives.
Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts and monitor progress against targets.
Identify market opportunities and gaps, select potential dealers/distributors, and coordinate dealer agreement processes.
Explore and expand new business opportunities and develop new market areas.
Prepare regular reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and market-related information.
Submit daily and monthly sales and activity reports to management.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners to ensure long-term business growth.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
