Area Manager - Marketing (Animal health Division)

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in the marketing or sales of animal health products, feed additives, and feed raw materials.
• Strong knowledge of animal health products, livestock nutrition, feed additives, dealer management, and rural market operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams while driving high performance and target achievement.
• Hands-on experience in building and managing dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
• Strong market research, competitor analysis, and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories to support business operations and customer engagement.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Area Manager – Marketing to oversee and expand the market for animal health products, feed additives, and feed raw materials within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distribution channels, developing customer relationships, and achieving regional business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective regional sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and business growth for animal health products, feed additives, and feed raw materials.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to ensure sustainable business development.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging market opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, livestock producers, poultry businesses, feed mills, veterinarians, and other key industry stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring consistent business growth within the designated territory.
• Plan and organize promotional campaigns, technical seminars, product demonstrations, dealer meetings, and farmer awareness programs to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Field Marketing Executives by monitoring their performance, providing coaching, and ensuring the achievement of departmental goals.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market intelligence, business forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
• Ensure adequate product availability, efficient distribution, and comprehensive market coverage throughout the assigned region.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Technical Support, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
