Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Area Marketing Manager to oversee and expand our market presence in the animal health, feed additives, and feed raw materials sectors across assigned territories. In this role, the successful candidate will design strategic sales plans, manage dealer and distributor networks, cultivate strong relationships with local farmers, and drive regional business growth to meet organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute localized sales and marketing initiatives for the animal health, feed additives, and feed raw materials sectors.

• Strengthen and grow partnerships with dealers, distributors, and retail networks.

• Assess market trends and competitive landscapes through routine field visits.

• Cultivate robust relationships with local farmers, sector businesses, and key industry stakeholders.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual territorial sales goals.

• Spearhead field demonstrations, promotional events, and educational farmer workshops.

• Supervise field marketing executives, tracking performance and offering strategic direction.

• Generate comprehensive sales metrics, market assessments, and demand forecasts for leadership review.

• Optimize territorial product placement and guarantee consistent inventory availability.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline operations and elevate customer satisfaction.
