Technical & Professional Skills

✔ Strong professional proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and technical design documentation.

✔ Hands-on experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling, visualization, and interior/exterior design development.

✔ Proficiency in Lumion or D5 Render for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, realistic renderings, and design presentations.

✔ Good understanding of interior and exterior design concepts, materials, finishes, and design detailing.

✔ Strong attention to detail with the ability to develop accurate, practical, and visually appealing design solutions.

✔ Develop creative concept designs and detailed designs for both interior and exterior projects based on project requirements and client expectations.

✔ Prepare accurate 2D drawings, working drawings, layouts, and detailed design drawings as required for project execution.

✔ Develop design solutions with a strong understanding of materials, finishes, fixtures, and other raw materials used in interior and exterior projects.

✔ Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and expectations and incorporate relevant feedback into design solutions.

✔ Attend client meetings and present design concepts, drawings, and proposed solutions when required.

✔ Coordinate with relevant internal teams, contractors, and project personnel to ensure proper understanding and execution of approved designs.

✔ Review and modify drawings and designs based on client feedback, project requirements, and management instructions.

✔ Maintain accuracy, creativity, functionality, and attention to detail throughout the design and drafting process.

✔ Support project teams with design-related information and documentation whenever required.

✔ Perform any other design, drafting, coordination, or project-related duties assigned by management.
