Architect

✔ 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, and project execution.

✔ Fresh graduates with exceptional academic achievements and an outstanding design portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills & Competencies

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.

✔ Strong knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK approval procedures, building codes, construction detailing, and statutory compliance requirements.

✔ Experience in preparing architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, working drawings, and presentation materials.

✔ Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Strong understanding of architectural planning, space optimization, sustainable design, and construction methodologies.

✔ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

✔ Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality architectural designs and documentation.

✔ Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to join our Design & Planning Team.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed construction drawings for various development projects.

✔ Design residential, commercial, mixed-use, resort, and township projects from concept through execution.

✔ Develop master plans, site layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, detail drawings, and 3D visualizations.

✔ Prepare architectural presentations, design reports, project brochures, and client presentation materials.

✔ Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and MEP consultants to ensure integrated project execution.

✔ Ensure all architectural designs comply with BNBC, RAJUK, and other applicable building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements.

✔ Review and finalize architectural drawings before submission to regulatory authorities for approval.

✔ Work closely with site engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.

✔ Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, resolve design-related issues, and provide technical guidance.

✔ Review contractor shop drawings, material samples, and architectural specifications to ensure design compliance.

✔ Assist management in project planning, feasibility studies, design development, and value engineering initiatives.

✔ Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, sustainable design practices, green building concepts, innovative materials, and construction technologies.

✔ Perform any other architectural and project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
