The organization is currently seeking experienced professionals for the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) to General Manager (GM) under the Sales Department. The selected candidate will contribute to the company’s continuous growth by demonstrating strong leadership, expertise, integrity, accountability, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Business Growth:
✔ Lead overall sales operations across assigned housing and land development projects.
✔ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed project-wise sales targets.
✔ Identify and engage potential clients, investors, and channel partners to expand the customer base.
✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to refine sales strategies.
Team Management:
✔ Supervise, guide, and motivate Project Sales Managers, Executives, and field sales teams.
✔ Set and monitor cluster-wise sales targets aligned with organizational objectives.
✔ Foster a performance-driven culture through training, coaching, and continuous evaluation.
✔ Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability across all sales levels.
Customer Relationship Management:
✔ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and corporate buyers.
✔ Ensure effective communication and quality after-sales service for customer satisfaction.
✔ Handle high-value negotiations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
✔ Develop referral and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
Strategic Coordination:
✔ Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
✔ Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Land departments to ensure smooth documentation and registration processes.
✔ Oversee installment collections, payment follow-ups, and compliance with company policies.
✔ Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to top management.
Market Development & Brand Building:
✔ Represent the company at property fairs, expos, and promotional events.
✔ Develop partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and channel agents to support sales growth.
✔ Strengthen the company’s brand presence in both urban and suburban real estate markets.
