Age: 35 to 45 years.
10 to 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a battery manufacturing company.
Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Assist management in developing product strategies, designing quality products, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct market research to track product trends, emerging technologies, and innovations globally.
Continuously analyze local and international markets to identify trends, changes in customer behavior, competitor activities, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Identify and recommend the adoption or modification of technologies to enhance product development.
Support management in introducing new and innovative product ideas, defining specifications, and creating designs. Assess the need for modifications or updates to existing product designs and specifications.
Analyze specifications and requirements of modern integral devices (e.g., BMS, ECU, UPS, MPPT) to ensure optimal compatibility and performance of products such as batteries.
Develop and maintain updated product profiles for ready reference by Production, QA, and CSD teams.
Benchmark products against competitors and provide recommendations for improvements.
Establish and maintain world-class laboratories to ensure quality development and manufacturing processes.
Continuously research and source high-quality input materials to support cost-effective production.
Evaluate production processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Collaborate closely with Production, CSD, and QA departments to ensure coordinated and streamlined operations.
Maintain partnerships with external technical experts and consultants to explore new development trends and ideas.
Evaluate R&D team performance, mentor staff, and facilitate learning and professional development initiatives.
