Responsibilities & Context

• Manage interior fit-out and renovation projects from initial planning through final handover.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and work timelines.

• Monitor site activities to ensure work quality, design accuracy, and compliance with approved specifications.

• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, material specifications, and project-related documentation.

• Track project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.

• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior engineers, designers, and site personnel.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, quality standards, and project guidelines.

• Prepare regular project progress reports and presentations for senior management.
