To sustain business growth and ensure financial stability, the company is seeking a qualified professional to lead nationwide credit recovery operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely collection of overdue receivables, minimizing credit losses, and maintaining strong asset quality through effective recovery strategies, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and implement nationwide recovery and collection strategies aligned with organizational goals and financial targets.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual recovery objectives, including overdue reduction and portfolio performance benchmarks.
Lead, train, and motivate field recovery teams to achieve collection efficiency.
Define key performance indicators and regularly monitor team performance.
Portfolio Monitoring & Operations
Ensure proper customer assessment before credit sales approval.
Monitor overdue accounts and identify high-risk customers for early recovery action.
Oversee timely follow-up processes, including repossession and resale of assets when necessary.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments to support decision-making.
Develop MIS reports and dashboards for real-time tracking of recovery performance.
Field & Legal Recovery Management
Supervise field recovery operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Coordinate with legal teams regarding thana-held vehicles involved in legal or accident-related cases.
Oversee documentation, repossession records, and settlement procedures.
Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in recovery activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to ensure effective management of the credit lifecycle.
Provide regular portfolio updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Process & System Improvement
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recovery operations across all regions.
Introduce and utilize digital tools and technology platforms, such as field recovery applications and payment tracking systems, to improve operational efficiency.
