  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Administration, HR, or Secretarial roles.

  • Preference will be given to retired personnel from the Armed Forces or experienced professionals from government or private sectors.

  • Prior experience in the Overseas Manpower Recruitment sector is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with BMET and Ministry documentation processes for manpower recruitment agencies will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Smart, proactive, and dependable with a professional attitude.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, email, ERP software, and other office tools.

  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and office management practices.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Bangla and English.


Responsibilities & Context

Mridha International Corporation is a government-authorized international recruiting agency in Bangladesh with decades of proven experience in overseas manpower deployment. The company is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to ensure efficient and smooth administrative operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic, well-organized administrative and coordination support to top management.

  • Implement and ensure compliance with company policies, administrative rules, and regulations as directed by management.

  • Manage all front-desk and executive-level communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination for the Managing Director.

  • Draft and prepare official correspondence, notices, memos, and reports in both English and Bangla.

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and employee onboarding.

  • Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, resignation, grievance handling, and employee separation letters.

  • Maintain employee records and oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.

  • Update ERP systems regularly and ensure the accuracy of monthly administrative and HR reports.

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee performance evaluations, training sessions, and staff development initiatives.

  • Foster a positive work environment by assisting in resolving minor employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and handling conflict resolution.

  • Maintain, organize, and regularly update all company documents, including confidential files, records, and databases.

  • Ensure timely renewal and updating of all company licenses, registrations, and certificates.

  • Coordinate with BMET and relevant ministries for file submission, approvals, and follow-ups.

  • Act as a liaison between management and government offices to ensure effective communication and compliance.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by top management.
