The company is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to ensure efficient and smooth administrative operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic, well-organized administrative and coordination support to top management.
Implement and ensure compliance with company policies, administrative rules, and regulations as directed by management.
Manage all front-desk and executive-level communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination for the Managing Director.
Draft and prepare official correspondence, notices, memos, and reports in both English and Bangla.
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and employee onboarding.
Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, resignation, grievance handling, and employee separation letters.
Maintain employee records and oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Update ERP systems regularly and ensure the accuracy of monthly administrative and HR reports.
Plan, organize, and execute employee performance evaluations, training sessions, and staff development initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment by assisting in resolving minor employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and handling conflict resolution.
Maintain, organize, and regularly update all company documents, including confidential files, records, and databases.
Ensure timely renewal and updating of all company licenses, registrations, and certificates.
Coordinate with BMET and relevant ministries for file submission, approvals, and follow-ups.
Act as a liaison between management and government offices to ensure effective communication and compliance.
Perform any other duties as assigned by top management.
