Accounts & Finance Department

• Age between 25 and 35 years.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.
• Support daily bookkeeping activities, accounting entries, and financial record maintenance.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, cash management, and petty cash administration.
• Support tax, VAT, and regulatory documentation, filing, and compliance activities.
• Prepare vouchers and assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain, organize, and update financial records, files, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, payment processing, and financial verification.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial information and records.
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.
