Accounts Executive (Cashier)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Cashier) to support the organization's day-to-day accounting and cash management operations. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, practical experience in cashier functions, and the ability to maintain accurate financial and inventory records. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core accounting and financial operations within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and systematically.
• Prepare, verify, and process bills, vouchers, invoices, and payments.
• Manage daily cash receipts, payments, and cash reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of product stock movements, including inventory in–out transactions and related documentation.
• Regularly update sales, purchase, and expense records.
• Ensure timely recording and filing of invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
• Assist in preparing financial summaries, statements, and monthly accounting reports.
• Maintain proper filing, organization, confidentiality, and security of financial and accounting records.
• Support the Accounts Department in routine accounting and administrative activities as required.
